Moonbows

It may look like a rainbow but take a closer look. Moonbows are just like rainbows but are caused by moonlight. The moonbow is caused when moonlight hits rain on a clear night. Moonlight is bounced off the water droplets and is projected as colorful light. Some scientists say that you have to have your back to the moon to see a moonbow and with light pollution it is even harder to see than before. These are a couple of places where moonbows have been spotted, Kentucky's Cumberland Falls and Africa's Victoria Falls, and they used to appear at Niagra falls to.
