Really I think thats pretty intresting because you wouldn't really think about it.
Yeah, i definatly think that all that space junk would be VERY dangerous.
If i was in a spaceship, i would not like it if space junk broke the spaceship and killed me!
Yeah, what if other countries were dumping trash in our highways? Just because space belongs to everyone, does that mean nobody has to keep it clean?

This "Space Wars" article doesn't seem to be saying that countries are working together! Look at this quote from the article:
'In October 2006 the Bush administration adopted a new, rather vaguely worded National Space Policy that asserts the right of the U.S. to conduct “space control” and rejects “new legal regimes or other restrictions that seek to prohibit or limit U.S. access to or use of space.” '
That means the US is now claiming military rights to control space, and telling other countries they can't limit or prohibit those rights.
How do you think the US would act if China or Russia claimed such rights?
Well, the next sentence in the article is:
'Three months later the People’s Republic of China shocked the world by shooting down one of its own aging Fengyun weather satellites, an act that resulted in a hailstorm of dangerous orbital debris and a deluge of international protests, not to mention a good deal of hand-wringing in American military and political circles.'
Yipes, so now (according to the article) the US will feel like it has to develop its own anti-satellite weapons to keep up with China...
